  1. Hi there, I am a member of Brands exclusive but havent been able to access there sit for a couple of weeks now, Im still recieving sale notifications but i cant get into them. you wouldnt be able to tell me why this might be?? thank you Joanne

    Dont shop on this site their service is appalling I purchased an item in one of their so called 'sales' and after not being communicated to in over a month I decided to send an email enquiring about the status of my already paid for item only to be emailed that the item didnt exist and have my order cancelled.

    I shop with brandsexclusive all the time and have never had a problem. The post office couldn't find my address (not sites fault) and they actually emailed me to double check they had sent it to the right place and posted it again. Maybe you had incorrect information resulting in your item being returned to them and if they couldn't contact you your order would have been cancelled.
