Forever 21 Now Shipping to Australia

Forever 21, a good cheap thrills US retailer is now shipping to Australia! Those of you who regularly visit Splurge Vs Steal will have noticed Forever 21 is a big one for the ‘heavily inspired’ catwalk items at a cheaper price. For those that haven’t purchased at Forever 21 before though a warning on quality

I liken Forever 21 to Valley Girl – You can go in, load your arms up with lots of items safe in the knowledge that most won’t look that great on, which saves you from spending ages trying to figure out how to reconcile what you like with what your credit card likes. That said, I’ve probably bought 4-5 items from Forever 21 and haven’t had anything fall apart yet. Just remember, this is cheap thrills, so the quality is in line with the price.

One suggestion I have is to visit the Jessica Style forums , as Forever 21 is pretty popular on there and this can give you some pointers on quality and fit of items from the US based members who have checked out the items instore.

Its good to see more US retailers starting to ship internationally, Anthropologie has started shipping to Europe with more countries to come, so hopefully this will lead even more retailers to do this. (Urban Outfitters, I’m talkin to you)

The international shipping also applies to Twelve by Twelve , Forever 21′s more upmarket sister site (I’ve heard the quality is a bit better but haven’t actually purchased so don’t take my word for it), and from Friday, Twelve by Twelve is taking 12% off the entire site for 12 days (I don’t think this applies for Forever 21 but am not sure). Sadly, there doesn’t seem to be any F21 current discount codes at the moment (if you find one, let me know please!)
